Biography
Talasov August Sharapadinovich, was born on August 21, 1984 in the Kazalinsky district of the Kyzylorda region. In 2006, he graduated from E.A.Buketov Karaganda State University with a degree in social work, then in 2012 he received a degree in law from Bolashak Karaganda University.
He started his career in 2006 as the chief specialist of the Department of Internal Policy of the Abai district. From 2009 to 2013, he worked as the chief specialist of the Department of analysis and monitoring of social programs of the State Institution "Akim 's Office of the Abai district".
2013-2015 - Chief specialist of the HR Department of the State Institution "Akim 's Office of the Abai district". 2015-2019 - Head of the Department of organizational work and awards of the State Institution "Akim 's Office of the Abai district".
2019-2025 Deputy Head of the Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Abai district. Since November 3, 2025, he has been working as the head of the Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Abai district.
