Biography
Tulakbayev Gabidin Muftadinovich was born on August 15, 1966 in the village of Kordai, Kordai district, Zhambyl region. Higher education: in 1991 he graduated from the Kazakh Agricultural Institute of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor with a degree in "agronomy", Almaty.
