Yusupov Beknur Serikovich was born on May 3, 1988 in the village of Akermen, Merken district, Zhambyl region By nationality - Kazakh. Higher education. In 2010 he graduated from the Taraz State University named after M.Kh.Dulaty with a degree in land management. In 2012, he graduated from the magistracy of the named university and received the title of "master of land management".
He began his career in 2010 as a land management engineer at T. Ryskulovsky regional cadastral branch. In 2012-2013, specialist, land surveyor of the T. Ryskulovsky district branch of the Zhambyl branch of the RSE on PVC "Scientific and Land Production Center", in 2013-2016 the chief specialist of the department of land relations of the Akimat of the T.
