Biography
Born on December 18, 1989 in the village of Razdolnoye, Kurchum district, East Kazakhstan region.
Higher education. In 2010 he graduated from the College of Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov with a degree in software engineering, in 2013 graduated from the East Kazakhstan Regional University with a degree in Bachelor of Information Systems.
Married. Raises a daughter.
In 2011-2014, a specialist in public procurement at the Kurchum State Enterprise of the Akimat of the Kurchum District, Acting chief specialist of the department of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways of the Kurchum region, instructor of architecture, urban planning and construction of the Kurchum region. In 2014-2021, he was the chief specialist in mobilization training, civil defense and emergency situations of the financial and economic department of the general department of the akim of the Kurchum region. In January 2021, he was appointed head of the department of the akim's apparatus of the Kurchum region of the East Kazakhstan region.
