Biography
Moldagaliev Didar Manarbekovich was born in 1984 in the village of B. Vladimirovka of the Beskaragai district of the East Kazakhstan region. In 2006 he graduated from Taraz State University named after M.M. Х. Dulati on the specialty "Land reclamation, land reclamation", in 2009 the Kazakh Academy of Sports and Tourism on the specialty "Physical Culture and Sports".
