Biography
S. BULEKOVA was born in 1986. Higher education, graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University, the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics.
She worked as a youth policy consultant for the Nur Otan PDP, chief specialist, head of the department of the State Institution "Aktobe Regional Territorial Inspection of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan", a specialist in the Aktobe branch of KMF Microfinance Organization LLP (KMF).
Prior to her appointment to this position, she worked as a chief specialist of the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship of Aktobe City".
