Biography
He wasborn in 1972.Hehas higher economicandlegal education, and graduatedfrom theAcademyofManagement underthePresidentof theRepublicofBelarus.He ismarriedand hastwo children.Thetotal lengthof service inthe civil serviceis32 years, including 26 years in senior positions.
Since 1993, he hasworked in customs authorities in various positions, from inspector to Deputy Headof theDepartment.
In March 2002, hewas appointed Deputy Headof theCustoms Control Department forthePavlodar region.
In September 2007, ona rotatingbasis, hewas appointed Deputy Headof theCustoms Control Department fortheSouth Kazakhstan region.
In March 2009, hewas appointedtothe Central Officeof theCustoms Control Committeeof theMinistryofFinanceof theRepublicofKazakhstan,asHead of the Post-Customs ControlDepartment.
In August 2012, hewas appointed Headof theCustoms Control Department in Pavlodar region.
In June 2015, hewas appointed Directorof theMethodology Departmentof theState Revenue Committeeof theMinistryofFinanceof theRepublicofKazakhstan.
From August 2016 to September 2018 , he worked as the Director of the Department of Post-Customs Administration of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from March 2019 to September 2020 , he worked as the Director of the Department of Operational Control of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From September 2020 to October 2024 , he worked at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Belarus as an Adviser.
From October 2024 to March 2025 , he worked as the Director of the Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In March 2025 , he was appointed Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for the Pavlodar region. Departmental awards He was awarded the badges "Excellent Worker of the Customs Service" and "Excellent Worker of the state Revenue authorities".
