Organizes and carries out public procurement according to the list of works, goods and services defined by the akimat of the Karaganda region, organizes and analyzes public procurement by state bodies, institutions and enterprises. Performs other functions stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on public procurement.
