Biography
Gaisa Tazhbayev was born on June 7, 1975 in the village of Ozernoye in the Baiterek district of the West Kazakhstan region.
In 1990-1995, he received a degree in construction and maintenance of buildings and structures at the Ural construction technical school.
In 2000-2005, he studied law at the Ural Academy of labor and social relations.
In 2013-2015, He studied At the West Kazakhstan University of engineering and Humanities, majoring in construction.
