Biography
Mendekeev Yeldos was born on September 29, 1976 in the village of Zhambyl, Kordai district, Zhambyl region. In 1998 he graduated from Taraz State University named after M.Kh. Dulati with a degree in "Machines and apparatus for food production", in 2016 - the Kyrgyz State University of Construction, Transport and Architecture named after N.Isanov of the Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, with a degree in "transport construction".
