Toktogulov Erdos Omirbekovich was born on December 31, 1988 in the village of Kordai, Kordai district, Zhambyl region, Kazakh. Higher education: in 2011 he graduated from the South-Kazakhstan Humanitarian Institute named after M. Saparbaev with a degree in jurisprudence, Shymkent.
