
Biography
Maden Toktarbaevich Musaev was born in 1963.
In 1989 he graduated from the Alma-Ata Zoo-Veterinary Institute
with a degree in veterinary medicine, in 1998 - the Kyrgyz State National University
with a degree in law, in 2013 - the Kazakh National Agrarian University with a degree
in land management.
He began his career in 1989 as a veterinarian at the State Farm "Lenin's Way". Then he worked as the chief
veterinarian of the Kordai regional veterinary station, Ak Bulak JSC, the chief livestock specialist of the
Sarybulak state farm, the chairman of the Birlik Ustem PC, the head of the Kordai territorial department of
the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2004 - 2008 - deputy akim of the Shu region. In 2008 - 2010, he headed the akimat of Moiynkum district,
in 2010 he became an adviser to the akim of the Zhambyl region, in 2010 - 2015 - deputy akim of the Ili district
of Almaty region, in 2015 - 2017 - akim of the Zhambyl region, in 2017-2018 - deputy akim Zhambyl region. Since 2018,
he worked as akim of the Moyinkum district of the Zhambyl region.
