Zakarin Darkhan Amirkhanovich, was born on December 01, 1972 in the village of Sovetsky Oktyabr, Chapai district, West Kazakhstan region. Higher education, in 1993 he graduated from the West Kazakhstan Agricultural Institute by profession "Agronomist".
He started his career in 1994 as the chief agronomist of the agricultural enterprise "Pyatimar" in the village of Pyatimar, Zhangalinsky district.
