Gulzhan Mendekinova was born on March 31, 1962 in the village of Engels, Leninsky district, Kostanay region.
In 1986 graduated from Arkalyk pedagogical Institute named after Y. Altynsarin with the qualification "Teacher of Russian language and literature".
