Biography
23.08.1982 year of birth, a native of Guryev region, Balykshi district.
In 1999, he entered the University named after H.Dosmukhamedov. He graduated in 2003 with a degree in customs.
In 2005, he entered the Atyrau Engineering and Humanitarian Institute. He graduated in 2008 with a degree in economics.
He began his career in 2005 as a leading specialist in the Enbekshi rural district, Kurmangazinsky district.
From 2005 to 2013, he worked in the Tax Committee of Kurmangazy district as a chief specialist, head of the Department of analysis, collection and calculation, chief specialist of the tax audit department, leading specialist of tax administration.
From February 2013 to December 2020, he worked as the chief of staff of the akim of Kurmangazy district.
