Biography
N.Zhakypbekuly was born in 1977 in Kyzylorda.
Graduated in 1997. Kyzylorda University of the Humanities, majoring in Oriental Studies, in 2005. Academy of the Financial Police of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the specialty "jurisprudence".
