Biography
Toleubek Darhan Toleubekuly - was born on August 8, 1978 in Bakanas village, Balkhash district, Almaty region. In 1996-2001 he graduated from the Kazakh State Agrarian University with a specialization in "Agronomy" and in 2016-2018 from the mentioned educational institution with a specialization in "Economics".
He started his career on December 19, 2001 as a specialist of the 2nd category of the Scientific Research Institute named after V.R.Williams.
2003-2004 - Assistant typist of the printing complex of "Dauir" LLP;
2004-2005 Chief Specialist of the Balkhash District Department of Agriculture;
2005-2006 Chief Specialist of Balkhash District Department of Agriculture and Land Relations;
2006-2010 Chief Specialist of Balkhash District Department of Agriculture;
2010-2011 Head of Sector of the Balkhash District Department of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine;
2011-2016 Head of Sector of Balkhash District Department of Agriculture;
Akim of Bakanas rural district in 2016-2020;
Head of Balkhash District Department of Entrepreneurship in 2020-2023;
Since August 8, 2023 - Head of Balkhash District Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture.
