Born on 27.03.1977 in Raymbek village, Karasay district, Almaty region
Higher education, in 1998 graduated from Almaty State University named after Abay, majoring in Finance and Credit, earned qualification of the Economist.
In 2006, she acquired the second education, graduated from the Central-Asian University, majoring in Jurisprudence, earned qualification of the Lawyer.

Her employment started from 13.07.1998 to 19.07.1999 in the capacity of the Chief Tax Inspector, Lead Tax Inspector, Tax Inspector of the Tax Committee for Kaskelen district.
