Turdiev Kanat Abdusalimovich

Kanat Abdusalimovich was born on January 9, 1964 in the state farm "Birlik" of the Abai district.

In 1991, he graduated from the Sanitary and Hygienic Faculty of the Karaganda State Medical Institute (KSMI) with a degree in "Hygienist-epidemiologist".⠀

In 1996 he graduated from the full-time postgraduate course of KSMU, Candidate of Medical Sciences.

Having started his career as a teacher at the Karaganda State Medical Institute, until 2001 he worked as a senior lecturer, associate professor of the department and deputy dean of the Eastern Department.

2001-2005 - Chief Specialist of the Radiation Control Service at the State Border of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Department of Customs Control in the Pavlodar region.

2005-2006 - Head of the Department of Control of fissile radioactive materials and technical means of Customs Control at the State Border of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Department of Customs Control of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty.

2007-2015 - Safety Coordinator, Industrial Hygiene and Sanitation Administrator of the Labor Protection Department. Head of the Industrial Sanitation and Radiation Safety Service for the East Caspian Region of the branch of the Halliburton International Oil Company, Inc. (USA) in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2015-2018 - Director of the Branch "National Center of Expertise" of the KSEK of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Almaty region.

Since October 2018, he has held the position of Deputy Director of the branch "National Center of Expertise" of the KSEK of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the East Kazakhstan region.
