Moldauletova Shynkumys Alievna 1974 year of birth. Higher education. She graduated from the Aktobe State University named after K. Zhubanov with a degree in pedagogy and methods of primary education.
Prior to her appointment to this position, she worked as a deputy akim of the State Institution “Akim's Office of the New Rural District of Aktobe”.
