Biography
Ibraeva Meruert Talgatovna was born on August 29, 1985 in the village of Talshik, Akzhar district, North Kazakhstan region.
Graduated in 2006 from Kokshetau State University named after Sh .Ualikhanov.
She started her career in 2006 as the head of the accounting and statistics sector of the Kokshetau city representative office of the RCE "Otan", the city of Kokshetau.
