Biography
He was born on September 05, 1990 in the village of Kaidauyl of the Shalkar district of the Aktobe region.
In 2007, he entered the Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov, graduated in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in information system. In 2014, he graduated from the Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov with a bachelor's degree in law. From October 2015 to April 2018, he worked as the chairman of the peasant farm "Meyrlan". On April 10, 2018, he was appointed akim of the Kauylzhyrsky rural district.
