Zhaksygaliev Kanybek Sisengalievich

Zhaksygaliev Kanybek Sisengalievich was born on August 30, 1964 in the city of Karatobe, Karatobinsky district of West Kazakhstan region, Kazakh, higher education.

In 1986 he graduated from the West Kazakhstan Agricultural Institute with a degree in animal science;
