Bekenov Kairat Askerbekovich was born on October 31, 1978 in Almaty, Kazakh, higher education. In 2000 he graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in accounting and auditing. In 2005 he graduated from the Academy of Law and Market with a degree in jurisprudence.
