M. Kabdusalimov was born on November 7, 1989 in Zharma district, Kalbatau village, East Kazakhstan region. In 2011, he graduated from the University "Kainar", majoring in "Jurisprudence", in 2015, he graduated from the East Kazakhstan State University named after S. Amanzholov, majoring in "Economics".
