Bayakhatov Arthur Makashevich was born in 1983.
Higher education. In 2006 he graduated from the West Kazakhstan Institute of Management and Languages “Eurasia” with a degree in Bachelor of Local Administration, in 2009 - from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in Master of Public and Local Administration, in 2014 from West Kazakhstan Engineering Technical University with a degree in Customs, in 2016 West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University with a degree in Construction,
He began his career in 2005 as a leading, chief specialist in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry of the West Kazakhstan Region;
2007 - 2010 - chief specialist in the administration of the akim of the West Kazakhstan region;
2010 - 2012 - Deputy Director of the regional center for retraining and advanced training of civil servants under the akimat of the West Kazakhstan region;
2012 - 2013 - chief inspector for construction and road transport of the akim of the West Kazakhstan region;
From 2013 to September 2019, he worked as the chief inspector of the analysis and control department of the akim of the West Kazakhstan region.
In October 2019, he was appointed as the Head of the Akim administration of the Terekta District.
