Кутваров Әкежан Амангелдіұлы

Was born on August 27, 1990 in the city of Karaganda, Karaganda region. In 2012 he graduated from the Karaganda University "Bolashak" with a degree in political science, has a bachelor's degree in social knowledge. Has a second higher education with a degree in jurisprudence.

He began his career in 2012 as a specialist in the Department of Internal Policy of the State Institution "Department of Internal Policy of the Abay District", where he worked until 2016. From August 2016 he worked as a chief specialist, and from May 2020 to the present time he is the head of the analysis, forecasting and social technologies department of the Internal Policy Department of the Karaganda region.
