Born on 26.01.1971 in Kyzylorda. Graduated in 1993. Kyzylorda Cooperative Technical School specializing in "hydro-reclamation", in 1995. Kyzylorda Institute of Engineers of Agro-industrial production, specialty "accounting, control and analysis of economic activity", in 2003. Kazakhstan Institute of Economics and Law, specialty "Accounting and Audit".
