Biography
Zhakupova Kulsara Maukenovna was born on October 23, 1967 in the village of Ekashi, Tavrichesky district, East Kazakhstan region.
1985 graduated from high school with. Nikitinka, Ulan district, East Kazakhstan region.
In 1990 she graduated from the Semipalatinsk Zooveterinary Institute, specializing in veterinary medicine.
In 1990-1998, she was appointed a veterinarian at the Kirov collective farm in Martuk district;
2000 to 2015 - appointed to the post of chief specialist of the state veterinary and sanitary inspector of the Martuk regional territorial inspection of the KVK and N Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2015-2020 - held the position of chief specialist, state veterinarian of the veterinary department of the Aktobe region.
Since August 2020, she has been appointed head of the department for organizing veterinary events in the Aktobe region.
