Biography
Kakpanbayeva Aibarsha Melisovna was born on August 21, 1968 in the village of Akkiiztogay, Zhylyoi district, Atyrau region. Nationality Kazakh.
In 1986-1991 she graduated from the history department of the Guryev Pedagogical Institute, as a teacher. In 2014-2016 she graduated from Shymkent Humanities and Innovation University with a master's degree in law.
1991-1993 she worked as a history teacher at №10 secondary school named after Amangeldy.
1993-1994 she was a history teacher at the secondary school №5 named after Abai in Kulsary.
1994-2007 she was a history teacher at №9 secondary school in Kulsary.
2007-2012 she worked as a methodologist in the district methodical office, since 2012 she has been working as a chief specialist in the field of preschool education.
