Molybaev Eset Bolatuly was born in 1981 in the Irgiz district.
In 2003, he graduated from the West Kazakhstan Agrarian University with a degree in “Breeding in Livestock.”
In 2009, Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics with a degree in Finance.

He began his career in 2003 as a livestock breeder at Altyn-Asel LLP.
