Biography
He was born in 1970 on May 20 in the Aktobe region of the Shalkar district in the village of Tumalykol.
In 1989, he graduated from the Aktobe Pedagogical College with a degree in primary school teacher.
In 1997, he graduated from the Aktobe Institute named after K. Zhubanov with a degree in history teacher.
In 2020, he graduated from the Kazakh-Russian International University with a degree in law.
1991-1996 he worked as a history teacher at the Tumalykol rural school.
1996-2005 Director of the M. Orynbasarov School.
2005-2012 Director of school No. 3 in the city of Shalkar.
2013-2018 head of the State Institution "Shalkarsky district Department of Physical Culture and Sport".
In 2019, the chairman of the election commission of the Shalkar district.
Since September 2019, he has been the head of the State Institution "Shalkarsky district Department of Culture, Language Development, Physical Culture and Sports".
