Born on September 13, 1977 in the city of Shalkar, Aktobe region. Higher education.
In 2002 he graduated from the University named after S. Baeshov in Aktobe with a degree in financier and economist,
in 2015 graduated from the Baeshov University in Aktobe with a degree in oil and gas,
in 2020 he graduated from the University named after Zhangir Khan in the city of Uralsk with a degree in local government
From 2003 to 2014 he worked as a chief specialist of the State Institution “Akim's Office of the Bozoi Rural District of the Shalkar District of the Aktobe Region”.
2007 to 2009 worked as akim of the State Institution “Akim's Office of the Aishuaksky rural district of the Shalkar district of the Aktobe region”.
From 2009 to 2010 he worked as the head of the tax audit department of the State Institution "Tax Administration for the Shalkar District".
In January-March 2011, he worked as Deputy Director for Economic Affairs of the State Institution "Department of Education, Physical Culture and Sports of the city of Shalkar".
