Biography
Tuleuov arystanbek zhumabayevich, was born on December 5, 1972 in Aktobe, Aktobe region. In 1989, he entered the Kyzylorda branch of the Dzhambul hydro-engineering and construction Institute at the faculty of "Industrial and civil construction", majoring in "civil engineer". In 2001 Kazakh State Law Academy, specialty "jurisprudence".
In may 2016, he worked in the Department of internal policy of the Aktobe region as a leading specialist in the organizational Department. In October 2017, he was appointed chief specialist of the organizational Department of the Department of internal policy of the Aktobe region.
