Biography
Kaliev Adaybek Utemisovich was born 04.10.1987 year in the village of Shetpe in Mangystau district of Mangystau region. Citizen of Kazakhstan. In 2009, he entered Aktobe University named after S. Baishev. After graduating from Aktobe University, in 2016 he entered the Kazakhstan University of innovation and telecommunications systems and successfully graduated.
Labor activity:
Kaliev Adaybek Utemisovich from 06.04.2010 to 06.09.2010 worked as a chief specialist in the state institution "Mangistau district Department of employment and social programs". In 06.09.2010-17.05.2015 he worked in the state institution "Mangistau district Department of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways" as a chief specialist. And in 18.05.2015-01.07.2015 he was acting head of the Department in the state institution "Mangistau district Department of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways". From 2015 to 2020 he worked as a Department head in the state institution "Mangistau district Department of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways". In 04.08.2020-05.11.2020, he was an adviser to the akim of the Mangistau district. From 09.11.2020 to present, he is the head of the Department of passenger transport and highways of the Mangystau region.
