Born on June 12, 1992 in Aktobe region
In 2010 he graduated from Aktobe regional Kazakh-Turkish Lyceum for Gifted children
In 2014, he graduated from the Kazakh-British Technical University with a degree in Finance
In 2018, he graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a master's degree in Regional Development.
In 2020, he joined the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.
He started his career in 2014 in the State Institution "Department of Industrial and Innovative Development of Aktobe region" as an inspector of office work.
