Biography
Dyuzelbayev Zhanbolat Baktybayevich was born on September 16, 1986 in the village of Eltay Eltay, Inder district, Atyrau (Guryev) region.
In 2004, he graduated from the Secondary School of Eltay village.
In 2009, he graduated from the Kazakh main Academy of architecture and construction with a bachelor's degree in architecture.
