Yerzhan Oralbek Orazbekovich was born on November 20, 1970 in Iirkol rural district of Shieli district.
In 1977 he was admitted to the 1st grade of the secondary school № 149 "Kyzyltu" in the village of Y. Zhakayev,
in 1987 he graduated from the 10th grade. Higher education. In 2011 he graduated from the
Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai with a degree in economics.
