Biography
Lyambekov Arman Sapargalievich was born on March 2, 1970 in Karkaralinsk Karkaralinsky district Karaganda region.
In 1999, he graduated from the Karaganda State Technical University, with the qualification of mechanical engineer.
In 2016, he graduated from the Kazakhstan Agrarian and Technical University named after S. Seifullin, Bachelor of Agronomy.
He began his career in 1994 as an inspector of the environmental police of the Karkaraly district police department.
