Biography
Marat Tokzhanov was born in 1965 in the West Kazakhstan region. He graduated from Karaganda State University, Kazakh State Law Academy and West Kazakhstan Engineering and Humanities University with a degree in history and social studies and lawyer. Master of Economic Sciences.
