Biography
Zhamalov Halel Zhamalovich was born on 15 August, 1962 in Kulsary, Zhylyoi district.
Graduated from the B.I Lenin Polytechnic institute in Almaty. Speciality- mechanical engineer.
Married
He started his career in 1985as a diesel engineer in the South-Embinsk oil-prospecting expedition.
From 1985 till 1989he held positionthe engineer-mechanicin the South-Embinsk oil-prospecting expedition.
From 1889 till 1991 he workedfor the companyTengizmunaigasas Chief Engineer.
From 1991 till 1999he held the positions of Director of the production cooperative, head of the Department, chief Manager of the marketing Department, Director of the marketing Department.
From 2000 till 2002, he was the chief Manager at “Horizont” LLP, and in 2002-2004, he was the acting Director at “Burgylau” LLP.
Since 2005, he has held the position of chief Manager at “Horizont” LLP. The Deputy of Zhylyoi district maslikhat 4,5,6 convocations.
On June 29, he was appointed to the post of akim of zhylyoy district.
