Biography
born in 1985 on August 17 in the village of Miyaly, Kyzylkoginsky district, Atyrau region.
He studied at the high school named after H.Dosmukhamedov in the village of Miyaly.
Higher education. In 2008, he graduated from Atyrau state University named after Kh.Dosmukhamedov with a degree in computer Science and in 2017 the West Kazakhstan engineering and Humanities University with a degree in Law.
