Was born in 1974. Graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Eurasian Market Institute. Lawyer with knowledge of two foreign languages, specialist in international law, Bachelor of Economics.

2006-2009-Almaty Department of Finance, Deputy Director;
2009-2011-Agency for Regulation of the Activities of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty, Adviser to the Chairman;
2011-2013-JSC NC SEC "Almaty", Head of Department;
2013-2015-KGP at the Almaty Zharyk PHV, Director;
Since September 2017, Director of the Municipal State Institution "Center of Information Technologies" of the State Institution "Department of Digital Technologies of the Almaty region".
