Biography
He was born in 1988, graduated from Abai Myrzakhmetov Kokshetau University with a degree in Law and Agronomy, in 2024 he graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in State and Local Government.
He began his career in 2010 as a specialist in the Department of state legal and personnel work of the akim's office of the Zerendy district.
From 2011 to 2018, he worked as a chief specialist, head of the organizational control department, the inspection control department of the akim's office of the Tselinograd district, deputy akim of the aul district of the akim's office of the rural district of Akmol.
From 2018 to 2019, he was appointed head of the akim's office of the Zerendy district.
From 2019 to 2022, he worked as the akim of Kabanbai Batyr rural district, Tselinograd district of Akmola region.
Prior to this appointment, he worked as the chief of the akim's office of the Tselinograd district.
