Biography
Police Lieutenant Colonel Ospanov Aset Omarovich was born on August 27, 1982 in Zhezkazgan of the Karaganda region.
Education: in 2003 he graduated from Karaganda State University. E.A. Buketova. Diploma Qualification: History teacher, historian.
- in 2007 graduated from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz. Diploma Qualification: Lawyer.
- in 2013 he graduated from the magistracy at Karaganda State University. E.A. Buketova. Diploma Qualification: master of humanity science.
For the successes achieved in his career, he was encouraged:
- repeatedly by the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, including: the medal «Құқық тәртібін қамтамасыз етуде үздік шыққаны үшін», Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
- letter of thanks of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan
