Biography
She was born in 1964 in the village of Kyzyl-Zhuldyz in Aitekebi district of Aktobe region.
Graduated from the Almaty Institute of Economics and statistics faculty of Business administration with a degree in Management (2005-2007).
She started her career in 1984-1993 as a clerk of the Irgiz District administration;
1993-1999 human resources clerk of the state institution "City Department of social protection of the population of Aktobe»;
2003-2007 chief specialist of the Department of foreign economic relations of the state institution "Department of entrepreneurship and industry of the Aktobe region»;
2008-2011 chief specialist of the Department of entrepreneurship of the state institution "Department of entrepreneurship and industry of Aktobe region»;
2011-present head of the Department of entrepreneurship of the state institution "Department of entrepreneurship of the Aktobe region".
