Zhazira Alibekovna Kairova was born on February 21, 1970 in the Almaty city.
Higher education, in 1993 she graduated from the Atyrau Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Russian Language and Literature Teacher.
Since August 1987, she began her career in the editorial office of the Kommunistik Yenbek newspaper.
