Suieugaliev Kadyrzhan Orynbasarovich

Born on July 17, 1972 in Aktaysay village, Karatobе District, West Kazakhstan region. In 1993, he graduated from the West Kazakhstan Agricultural Institute and in 2008 from the Eurasian Academy of the West Kazakhstan region.
