Ermekkali Alibek Serikkaliuly

Born October 13, 1979 in the city of Atyrau in Atyrau region. In 2001, he graduated from the Kazakh state law Academy in Almaty. He is a lawyer by profession.

He began his career in 2002 with the specialist of Department of the registry office, notary, for notarial works, a leading specialist in notarial work, the chief specialist of Department of the registry office, notary, chief specialist of copyright and related rights, chief specialist of copyright and related rights, consultant of Department, head of Department, head of the Secretariat of the Disciplinary Board, head of the Secretariat of the Disciplinary Board – the Deputy head of Department, head of the Secretariat of the Disciplinary Council – Deputy head of the Department Of the Agency for civil service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Atyrau region.
Prior to his appointment, he worked As the head of the Secretariat of the Disciplinary Council of The Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption in Atyrau region.
By order No. 11 of the Executive Secretary of the Ministry of civil service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 18, 2016, Yermekkali Alibek Serikkaliuly was appointed Deputy head of the Department of the Ministry of civil service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan - head of the Secretariat of the ethics Council for Atyrau region.
