Nazarov Erlan Asylbekovich

Yerlan Asylbekovich Nazarov was born in 1983 in Kyzylorda. Higher education: graduated from Kyzylorda State University.Korkyt ATA has a degree in economics and management, the Academy of Public Administration under the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National School of Public Policy, as well as Duke University in the United States.

He started his career in the Department of Statistics of Kyzylorda region, in 2004-2006 worked in this institution as an economist, specialist, leading specialist, head of the Department. In 2007-2008, he worked in various positions in the Department of Finance of Kyzylorda region. From 2008 to 2010, he was the head of the Department of Economic Analysis and development of the city structure of the Office of the mayor of Kyzylorda. From 2010 to 2012, he headed the Office of the Akim of Zhalagash district. In 2012-2013, he was deputy head of the Department of entrepreneurship and industry of the North Kazakhstan region. From 2013 to 2015-head of the Department of External Relations of Kyzylorda region.⠀
In 2015, he worked as the head of the Department for ensuring the activities of the special representative of the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Baikonur complex.⠀
In 2017-2019, he headed the Department of industrial and innovative development of Aktobe region, in 2019-2020-the Department of entrepreneurship of Aktobe region.
